Meet your Business Agents

What an agent is

Sena works as a team. Each agent is a specialist in one kind of work: pricing, positioning, the structure of a market, the decision in front of you. You pick the agent, it brings the methods, and the answer comes back in the shape that job needs.

Every agent keeps its own conversations. They list under its name in the sidebar, in its colour, so your pricing work stays with the Pricing Agent and your strategy work stays with the strategist.

Who is on the team

Start with the Sena Agent when you have a question. It answers in plain language, with the charts and data behind every answer. It also carries two tools you can use from any conversation. Simulation turns a decision into a live model of what your moves would do, and Presentation turns your findings into an editable deck. They are tools, so they keep no conversations of their own: they build inside the one you start them from, and what they make is saved under Artifacts in the sidebar.

The other eight are strategists, each built around one family of frameworks. The Market Analyst sizes up an industry and the Positioning Agent assesses what your company is good at. The Competitive Strategist, the Growth Agent and the Decision Maker work out where to play and what to commit to. The Pricing Agent, the Operations Agent and the Problem Solver cover price and value, execution, and the messy questions that need breaking down first.

Pick the specialist the way you would pick who to call into the meeting.

How a tool works

Each strategist carries a set of tools, one per framework: Porter's Five Forces, Van Westendorp, a pre-mortem, a Business Model Canvas. Pick one and the agent asks a few short questions first, about your market, your options or your customers. Then it builds the framework as a card you can read, challenge and keep.

Each step uses credits for the AI work behind it: a little for a question, more for building the card. The finished card is saved in that agent's conversation, and you can keep talking to the agent about it.

Simulation and Presentation work the same way. Simulation first asks which decision it supports and what target you are aiming for, and Presentation asks who the deck is for. Both sit in the Tools menu of every conversation, whichever agent you are talking to.
