Simulate a decision

Why simulate a decision
Most plans are argued from a spreadsheet only its author can read. A simulation puts the decision itself on screen: the number you care about, where it has been, where it is heading, and what your moves would do to it. Try a bigger promotion or a later launch and see the result in seconds, before any money moves.
Every figure says where it came from, and the shaded band around the projection shows how sure Sena is. When the band is wide, you know the plan rests on thin evidence, and you know it before the budget meeting.
How to make one
Pick Simulation in the composer, or ask for one in any chat, and say what you want to happen: grow revenue in Nigeria 20% in a year, or hold your share if a competitor cuts its price. Sena asks two short questions first: which decision this supports, and the target, unless you already named one.
Then it does the research. It pulls your history from the conversation, your connected sources and the web, tells you what it found and what it could not find, and proposes the beliefs and moves to build on. You react once, and it builds. Credits pay for the AI work at each step: the questions use a little, and the build uses more.
Name the decision first. Sena finds the numbers.
What you can move
Assumptions are the things outside your control: how fast the category grows, what a competitor does, where the exchange rate goes. Each one comes with the range Sena researched and its source. Tap one to stress it and the projection follows.
Actions are your own moves, like trade promotion or wider distribution, each with what it costs. Slide one and the projection bends, the added spend adds up, and the line under the title tells you whether you reach the target or how far short you fall.
Refining and sharing it
The simulation is saved under Simulations in the sidebar and opens on its own page. Ask Sena to research an assumption again, narrow it to one region or add an action, and it rebuilds in place. When the plan holds up, turn it into a presentation: a full decision memo you can edit like any deck Sena builds.
